Shipping Cost

Our website can only purchase up to 5kg (11 lbs), which is the sample price and will be shipped by air. 

For orders exceeding 5kg (11 lbs), please contact us for a separate quotation. Due to our advantages, while ensuring product quality, product prices can be lower than those of similar products in the industry. 

 
 

Shipping Method & Time Limit

By default, we will use China Post’s international parcel with a tracking code to send your order. Generally, Asia: 5-12 working days  /  United States: 9-15 working days  /  Other areas: 5-20 working days . For orders over 5kg (11 lbs), we generally use sea shipping. Please contact us to confirm the Delivery Time.
 

1. Postage throughout the UK (i.e., postage to the UK mainland and its affiliated islands), and no postage to the overseas territories and offshore islands of the UK (such as the British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey and Jersey, etc.) .

2. The whole United States, excluding remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, and overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam; APO/FPO military addresses.

3. The affiliated islands of European countries do not provide delivery services.

4. Due to the current global situation and the instability of the shipping industry, Transportation time may be extended.

 

Tracking Packages

Air shipping methods have tracking numbers, After the package arrives at the international express company, we will send the tracking number to your Email, so that you can know the progress of the logistics in real time. Because it is an international express, the logistics tracking information of the general express company will be delayed for a few days, please be patient.
You can not only track the progress of the logistics in our system but also use other tools for tracking.

 
 

Customs & Duties

Customer is responsible for payment of duties，If customs clearance fails, we promise a refund.
 
 

Delivery Time

Regular orders:  We will process and ship within 48 hours after receiving your payment.
Large quantity orders:  Please contact us for a separate quotation.
All orders cannot be cancelled once shipped from our fulfillment center.
